Our shipping process consists of two phases: First, we have a processing time of 1-3 business days to carefully prepare and package your jewelry order. After processing, delivery takes approximately 15-20 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships so you can monitor its journey to you!

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all original packaging. Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return, and we'll provide you with a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
